Newton's Tree

Newton's Tree help hospitals choose, test and monitor medical AI safely. I made their YouTube explainer series, turning dense, technical scripts into clear motion that busy clinicians can follow.

The brief

Newton's Tree wanted a YouTube series on deploying AI safely in healthcare, made to the standard of the explainers I made for Modo Energy. Their scripts were dense and technical (model types, clinical risk, testing, liability, AI drift) and the audience was clinicians, AI leads and hospital boards with little time to spare.

What I did

I turned each script into a few clear minutes. I worked out what every line needed to show and built it in motion: animated diagrams, icons and on-screen text that carry the idea while the presenter talks, in one clean look so every episode feels part of the same series. I edited each video from the presenter footage and did the sound design and mix.
